washbasin and shower.

of bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chest, desk, chair, bookcase.
The studio flat has
access to the back garden and the use of a patio. |

Kitchen-diner has a
gas hob, fridge/freezer, combination microwave with oven and grill,
toaster and kettle along with glassware, crockery and cutlery and a
kitchen sink with hot and cold running water.
The separate bathroom has a
rainwater shower, basin and toilet.
There is constant hot water. |

All bills are included: Council Tax, electricity,
gas and water rates.
There is a smoke alarm, a CO2 alarm, and a fire alarm break-glass just outside
the door, along with a fire blanket next to the hob. |
There is FREE access
to the internet if you have a computer, along with a free email
address while you stay with us.
