Rent
Initial payment of one week or
one calendar month’s rent plus a returnable deposit of £250. |

Payment
Payment by Standing Order (BACS) is the preferred method of rent
payment, starting on week or month two until termination of agreement. |

Licence
A “Shorthold Assured Tenancy Agreement” will be signed
by resident and landlord, a copy of which will be given
to resident as a record.
All rooms allow accommodation for a single person only.
NO DHSS payments accepted.
NO children or pets allowed.
NO extra electrical equipment allowed, other than that
supplied by landlord.
NO loud music—please consider other residents shift
patterns.
Please be quiet after 11pm.
Please do not bang doors.

Termination
Four weeks notice must be given in writing.
Rooms must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Keys must be returned along with a forwarding address.
Deposit will be returned within 14 days.
Any damage/cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit before
return.
Post will be forwarded for 6 weeks and then returned
to sender.
