Entry to Northcourts is
only accessible through the front door with a Yale key provided to the
resident by the Landlord. |

| Residents are
requested to keep the front door locked at all times so that uninvited
visitors cannot wander in. |
| Each room has
a separate deadlock which residents are advised to keep locked for added
security. Each room has a separate doorbell so visitors can let
occupants know of their arrival. |
|
Visitors have to be escorted by at all
times. As a further security measure the entrance door has a CCTV
camera trained upon it. |
|
|
|
Property Maintenance |
| Any
property maintenance required is dealt with promptly
once the Landlord has been notified. |
| Tenants
are requested not to pour fat or oil down their sinks as
it causes blockages in the drainage system. |
 |
| Toilet
rolls are provided and lighting in the public areas,
residents are expected to replace light bulbs in their
rooms. |

Refuse Collection and Recycling Services |
| A large
communal grey landfill waste bulk bin is situated at the front of the
house along side of two red recycling wheelie bins. Reading Borough
Council makes weekly waste collections from the property. |
 |
Landfill waste includes:
plastic trays from fruit, vegetable and meat; margarine tubs, toothpaste
tubes, yoghurt pots, crisps and biscuit
packets, aerosol cans, general rubbish. |
| Recycling includes:
newspapers, magazine, books, telephone directories & catalogues,
cardboard, computer paper, junk mail, drink cans, food tins, plastic
bottles. |
| DO NOT use
recycling bins for glass, polystyrene, food waste, green garden waste.
Glass should be recycled at a local recycling bank. The nearest is
opposite at Cintra Park. |
