Car parking is generally
OK outside Northcourts and it is not a Residents Parking Zone so permits
are not required. |

Bicycles can be stored in the back garden as the back gate is kept
locked at all times and a tenant wishing to keep a bike in the back
garden will be provided with a back-gate key. |
| However, as always, it is
advisable to secure any bicycles with a proprietary bicycle lock and it
is entirely the responsibility of bicycle owners if they choose to leave
their bicycles in the back garden. |
